Cheers, Matt BTW, forgot to leave the recipe for Swedish Pancakes, so here it is for you and your peeps: 2c flour 1/2c sugar (just a tad under) 3 eggs 1/3 c melted butter 1/4 tsp baking powder 1-1.5 tsp vanilla Add 1 or 2% milk to consistency, not too runny though! Put all of this in a blender in the order it was written, blend until all of the lumps are gone (you might have to scrape the sides a bit) and then, voila!
